We will usually let you know within 48 hours of your inquiry whether we can provide your requested room quota.
Please note that at certain times of the year and for group bookings, your binding booking is only valid upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total amount, and the remaining balance is due no later than two months prior to arrival.
