Our guest house has seven spacious single rooms and 17 double, three and four-bed rooms, most with a view of the guest house garden.\u00a0All of our rooms are bright and furnished cosily, have allergy-friendly parquet floors, large windows and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, our house is not handicapped accessible; we do have an elevator, but the entrances to the house are only accessible via stairs.<\/p>\n
Due to the diversity of our guests from all over the world, pets are not allowed on our premises or in the house.<\/p>\n

When you check in, you will receive a key that gives you 24-hour access to the property and the house.
Arrival is by 9:00 p.m. at the latest (later arrival by prior arrangement). On the day of departure, your room will be available to you until 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays. Next to the breakfast room there is a large drinks fridge with drinks for guests (payment according to the \u201ctick list\u201d before departure).
In addition to the beautiful garden, our guests have access to the \u201c Tiroler Stube \u201d as a lounge for relaxing hours (German, Austrian and Italian TV programs, board games). There is free WiFi access throughout the house.<\/p>\n
